What is Pay Pal?

Pay Pal is the system we use to collect secure order information and payment from our customers. It also provides our customers with the ability to store their item selections in a "shopping basket" which adds up the total cost of all selected items and at "checkout" the system also adds any relevant shipping charges to that amount.

Is Pay Pal Safe?

The short answer is yes! The whole process can be identified as being held over a secure connection via the yellow padlock icon in the bottom right panel of Microsoft Internet Explorer. The added fact that all your sensitive information is being handled by a large and highly regarded company such as Pay Pal, which is the market leader in it's field, should reassure you that your information privacy is in good hands.

Do I have to register with Pay Pal?

Yes you do. However this can be done easily at the "checkout" stage and is totally free! Once you have supplied the necessary information, such as your address etc, your payment details will be collected and sent to us along with your delivery address details.

If you are not an existing customer we recommend that you only sign up to Pay Pal via our shopping cart as part of the check out process.

People who already have a Pay Pal account should make sure they have registered their credit card in the Pay Pal expanded use program. For security reasons Pay Pal limit the amount you are able to send after your initial transaction until you have completed the expanded use program. The expanded use program basically involves Pay Pal sending a 4 digit code to your credit/debit card statement that you need to confirm to prove you are the true owner of the card. Once this is done however, you will be able to purchase goods from any site where Pay Pal is the card processor. The same Pay Pal account can also be used to purchase goods on Ebay where the seller accepts Pay Pal as a payment method.

I already have a Pay Pal account but when I enter my details at check out, it says that my sending limit has been reached. What's wrong?

Pay Pal has an initial sending limit of up to the equivalent of $2000 USD (Approximately £1180) for people who have not confirmed their credit/debit card via Pay Pal's expanded use program. This is intended to mitigate any loss resulting from use of a stolen card for example.

Once you have made your initial transaction with us you are likely to not be able to buy anything else under the E-mail address you originally specified to Pay Pal unless you have completed expanded use. Which is where Pay Pal send a 4 digit code to your credit/debit card statement which you are then able to confirm online to prove you are the true owner of the card. The added security this offers for our customers and ourselves is great, however we realise that if you wish to buy something again before you get chance to complete expanded use that you won't be able to.

How do I order again If I have not yet confirmed my card details via Pay Pal's expanded use program?

All you need to do is simply shop as you normally would, but at check out enter a completely different E-mail address to the one you originally specified and enter all personal details again.

This should satisfy your current requirement until you get your new card statement with the 4 digit code on it.

You may then close the new account if you wish.

Why should I sign up to Pay Pal?

New customers without a Pay Pal account should sign up as part of the check out process in order to securely submit their card information to the Pay Pal servers in order to pay for their items on this site. Once this is done you will have the option to complete the expanded use program allowing you to buy from our site again using the same account. Once fully verified, you can buy from thousands of Pay Pal stores across the internet, as well as use the account to pay for Ebay items.
