What is Pestfree.co.uk's return policy?
Currently, if you are not
satisfied with your product within 30 days then we
will, upon return of the damaged or broken product, provide you with a full
refund or a replacement item, whichever you choose.
Within 7 days of receipt
however, you may return the item for any reason for a full refund in compliance
with distance selling regulations. The 7 days starts from the date that you
received your goods and you MUST contact us via E-mail to confirm that you are
returning the item to us.
Your refund will generally reflect
your method of payment, so if you pay by credit card via the secure Pay Pal
server, we will return your money electronically, or similarly, if you paid by cheque, then we will refund you by
cheque. The customer remains liable for the safe return of all goods. We
recommend a recorded proof of postage service.
