Does Pestfree.co.uk ship
outside of the UK?
We aim to ship the goods
within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Naturally, items paid for by credit card
via the Pay Pal shopping cart allow us to take payment instantly and therefore
ship goods a lot quicker then when waiting for cheques to arrive. If you want to
know where your goods are, then please don't hesitate to
contact customer services.
Shipping rates are based on
the size and weight of the goods being shipped. For each type of product you
order you will be charged a fee for the first item, then a reduced rate for
consecutive items.
From the date of dispatch,
please allow up to 7 working days for the products you ordered to arrive. If at
this point you still haven't received your goods, please
contact customer services. We ask that some items may take up to a maximum
of 28 days to reach you at busy times, or due to circumstances beyond our
control, this is a VERY rare occurrence. Items being shipped to Europe and the United
States will obviously take longer than this. Contact
customer services if you require any further information.
Does Pestfree.co.uk ship
outside of the UK?
Pestfree.co.uk ships to
anywhere in the UK. We also take European orders via the Pestfree.co.uk site at
an extra delivery cost. We also ship goods to the United States. However, the
www.pestfreeus.com site should be used
by our American customers. This can be easily accessed by the American Flag at
the top of all our pages.
